Based on the design requirements, the specified minimum excavation clearance section for the tunnel of the China Kyrgyzstan Uzbekistan Railway is 5 meters (width) × 6 meters (height). The arch installation trolley is primarily utilized for arch operations in large and medium-sized tunnel sections, requiring a minimum operating range exceeding 6 meters (width) × 6 meters (height).
We propose the development of two sets of arch trolley construction plans tailored for single-track tunnels like those found on the China Kyrgyzstan Uzbekistan Railway.
- Structural Upgrade: The boom structure has been upgraded to meet the specific requirements of the China Kyrgyzstan Uzbekistan railway tunnel project.
- Passability Standards: When utilizing the back arch function, the height of the secondary lining trolley must remain at least 4.2 meters to maintain equipment passability.
The KGJ312 articulated arch installation trolley is suitable for vertical arch operations with a minimum section of 5 meters (width) × 5 meters (height). It can be utilized in:
